Refund Policy
Effective October 16, 2026
This is an English translation of the Korean original. To the extent permitted by law, if the two differ, the Korean version governs.
When you can get a refund
- First payment: if you request a refund within 14 days of the payment date, you get a full refund.
- Renewal payments: if you request a refund within 14 days of the date an automatic renewal was charged, that renewal payment is refunded.
- Gift subscriptions: if it is within 14 days of the payment date and the code has not been redeemed yet, you get a full refund.
How to request a refund
- Find your order through the link in your Paddle receipt email or at paddle.net, and request a refund there.
- You can also ask the operator directly via kimyanghyeon12@gmail.com or the contact form. Please include your order number or the email address on the receipt.
What happens next
- Refunds are processed by Paddle, the Merchant of Record. The Paddle Refund Policy also applies.
- Once a payment is refunded, that subscription (pass) ends immediately and its AI features turn off; the Minikong server also cancels the Paddle subscription, so there are no further payments. Gift codes that have not been redeemed can no longer be used. The on-device spell checker remains available.
- Cancelling is not the same as a refund. Cancelling only stops the next renewal, and you can use the period you have already paid for until it ends.
- If 14 days have passed but you have special circumstances, please contact us. We will look into it and reply.
- If the law (such as the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce) or the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms are more favorable to you than this policy, they prevail.
